Description

As an Senior Environment Arist, you will play a crucial role in the creation, development and release of environment assets for our events or game spaces and coordinating with other artist across LKWLD studios enduring environment art and assets from the Vietnam team meet both quality and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution:

  • Work closely with the production team to establish realistic timelines and deliver high-quality environment art assets on schedule.
  • Risk and Dependency management and reporting in collaboration with the producer
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of environment assets into the game.

Quality Assurance:

  • Set and maintain high-quality standards for environment art, ensuring consistency and adherence to the established art style.
  • Regular review of QA tasks to address with art team and improve art quality delivery 

Technological Integration:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and tools to enhance the team's workflow and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the EU Creative leads and technical teams to implement new art tools as well as features to improve the visual quality of game environments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as senior environment artist in the gaming industry.
  • Able to read and understand emails written in English and reply.
  • Proficient in using Maya, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop., Adobe Designer Proficient in using Unity (No code).
  • Marvelous Designer is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in making mobile games and designing Apartment/scene.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Live-Ops environment.
  • Experience in game performance review and analysis.
  • Experience in art pipeline optimisation.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and techniques in environment art.
