Backend Developer

We seek an experienced Backend Developer proficient in dApp development to join our team.The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in backend development.

As a (Senior) Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for the full development of our new products, first on The OpenNetwork (TON). This includes: 

• New Product Features -continuously strive to iterate and develop new product initiatives to reach millions of users on different blockchain networks.
• Scalability: The backend services that power our ecosystem will remain effortlessly smooth, responsive, and real-time for end users as the platform continues to scale to accommodate new user growth.
• Security: One of the most important requirements, Backend Team is responsible for building all the APIservices needed with the highest security principles and protecting user’s assets interacting with our dApps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services for decentralized applications (dApps).
• Build the engine to handle real-time data processing and automated trading.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers and product teams to define API requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Optimize blockchain interactions and on-chain/off-chain data processes to ensure performance and data integrity (The Open Network, Solana,...).
• Ensure high performance, security, and responsiveness of dApps, focusing on user experience and reliability
• Design and manage databases MongoDB, PostgreQL, etc.
• Ensure high performance and responsiveness of backend services.

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

• At least 3-year experience of Node/Javascript.
• Microservices architecture knowledge
• Good experience in interacting with databases(MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreQL)
• Have actively participated in the development of a complex platform
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Good understanding of security practices of blockchain product
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Have

• Experience with blockchain integration
• Hands-on experience with Rust, TypeScript or Golang
• Comfortable with English, both written and spoken.
