Game Designer

We are seeking a creative and experienced Game Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of casual mobile games, at least 3 years of experience in game design, and familiarity with blockchain and web3 games. Being a seasoned gamer is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging and addictive casual mobile game experiences.
• Develop game concepts, mechanics, and features that align with the product vision.
• Create detailed game design documents, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, artists, and product managers.
• Analyze user feedback and game metrics to iterate and improve game design.
• Stay updated with industry trends, especially in blockchain and web3 games.
• Ensure a balance between player engagement, monetization, and fun.

The Ideal Candidate Will Demonstrate

• At least three years of experience in game design, specifically in casual mobile games.
• Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and player progression.
• Familiarity with blockchain and web3 games is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with English, both written and spoken.
• Passionate and seasoned gamer with a broad knowledge of various game genres and platforms.
